Construct with Confidence
Manitou’s MT construction telehandlers are material handling machines equipped with 4-wheel drive and steering designed to work in off-road conditions. They are suitable for a variety of building sites and tasks, such as masonry, structural, framework, cladding, roofing, refurbishment, or tunnelling, thanks to their high-performance load charts. You may load/unload, move, distribute, and handle various types of cargo with accuracy and comfort using an MT telescopic handler, allowing you to operate swiftly and efficiently. The MT machines will increase your production and provide you with complete execution safety.
All MT models have:
- Accessories that can be changed in minutes – with many attachments to choose from including; recovery buckets, jib cranes, floating fork aprons, fork spreaders, big-bag handlers, sweepers and more.
- Perfect manoeuvrability and three steering modes
- All-terrain design allowing operation on all types of sites, including on rough or cramped terrain
- Impact-resistant cabs with 360-degree visibility

- Optimum safety thanks to high-performance stabilizers, multiple braking systems, and a particularly robust design
- Easy and accessible maintenance points
Manitou’s MT telehandlers are compact machines which enable you to carry out all manner of handling work: placing pallets on the first floor of a building, bulk loading or unloading from a storage area or on-site, working in underground car parks, semi-constructed buildings, or low headroom building areas on congested sites.
Designed with building and construction in mind, the MT telehandlers have impressive characteristics such as the ability to move easily in tight locations that other handling equipment would often be unable to access. The 4-wheel drive and all-wheel steering with single-lever steering mode allow extreme manoeuvrability, while the hydrostatic gearbox provides flexible and progressive control for more accurate and safe load placing. This system adapts the performance of the machine to the operator’s requirements using the inching function, and you can adjust the speed of travel of the truck independently of the engine speed.
If you require a smaller, more compact machine without sacrificing lift and capacity, Manitou offers the MT 420 H and MT 625 H/HA models, which give up to 5m lift height in a machine less than 2m wide and 2m high – small enough to pass through a standard household garage door.
If you’re searching for a larger model with more machine power and adaptability, the MT 1840/1840 easy models are an excellent choice for construction experts, since they can reach up to 18 metres in height and have a maximum capacity of 4 tonnes. These machines are agile enough to get around on all types of surfaces and with a predisposition for a work platform or any number of other compatible attachments available, they can help you perform a large number of tasks by simply swapping out the attachment thanks to the Easy Connect System (ECS) and can easily be transportable from one site to another.
