ASEC is an in-depth certification process designed to optimize and organize the service process at every level — from workspaces, to service vehicles, to parts storage, to facilities, to communication, and more — for maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
The After Sales Service Evaluation & Certification (ASEC) programme was developed to standardise and develop Toyota Material Handling Europe’s service and parts operations. As an independent dealer with both a Parts and Service department, we are consistently operating to Toyota Material Handling’s ASEC standards – Achieving the standard of “excellence”.
The programme has 3 levels: Entry, Basic and Advanced. It covers distinct sections aiming at improving workshop productivity, securing the safety and sustainability requirements of our operations, and increasing parts and services sales through continuous improvement. Furthermore, it supports our permanent activities to maximise customer satisfaction.
