A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our existing team to provide key support for our busy service department.
Main responsibilities to include admin support for engineers, assisting with customer queries and general administration duties.
Also providing support in colleagues absence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in a similar customer-service role and possess excellent communication and IT skills. A positive attitude and professional approach in dealing with customers is essential. The candidate must be a highly motivated team player, be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and quality of work and possess the ability to work on their own initiative.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week 8.00am – 5.00pm
4 hours every third Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm.
Based in our Stonehaven office.
