We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced administrator to join our busy Service Department.
Duties will include all aspects of support for the Service and Workshop team including training administration, timesheet and basic HR admin, liaising with customers and engineers as required, co-ordinating billing, dealing with queries, maintaining spreadsheets and document control.
Applicant will also be required to assist service control as required.
Ideally candidates should have a proven track record in customer service and administration.
You must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, have good time management skills, be a team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
