We have a vacancy for an Office Assistant to join our busy office in Stonehaven.
Applicants should possess good communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft word and excel.
Duties to include answering phones, mail, scanning and filing documentation, stationery stock, typing, updating spreadsheets and general accounts and administration tasks.
37.5 hours per week.
Applicants should have a confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team.
Initial post to be for three months but may be available up to one year to cover maternity leave within the office.
May suit school leaver.
